Medicine Hat is a small but vibrant city of more than 60,000 residents. Located in the South Saskatchewan River Valley, residents enjoy scenic coulees and beautiful prairies that are home to many species of wildlife, mild winters and abundant sunshine. St. Joseph's Home
St. Joseph’s Home was opened by the Carmelite Sisters in 1951 and has been providing a safe and secure assisted living program ever since. The site has 10 community support beds and 36 lodge beds, in addition to the 10-bed Carmel Hospice.
