Mental Health

The Grey Nuns Community Hospital Mental Health Program provides comprehensive mental health services for patients and families. The following out-patient group programs are available.

Psychiatric Outpatient Program (POP)

POP is a group therapy program that runs for 12 weeks from Tuesday to Friday. It helps people explore what is not working in their lives and what they can do to make changes.  Referrals can be sent by any Allied Health professional by fax to 780.735.7298.

Emotion Regulation Group

This 90-minute group therapy session occurs on Tuesdays for 12 weeks. The focus is on skill training for people who struggle with their emotions. Referrals can be sent by any Allied Health professional by fax to 780.735.7298.
