Our staff wish to make your stay as comfortable as possible. At the Misericordia Community Hospital, we offer a wide range of surgical services and follow-up care provided by dedicated and expert health care professionals. The Misericordia Community Hospital currently performs the second-highest number of surgeries in the Edmonton zone, and is recognized as a centre of excellence for breast surgery and reconstruction.

We recognize that surgery can be a stressful experience and we want to ensure the care you receive reflects our beliefs of compassion, competence and excellence. Our Patient Handbook – Surgical Information will help you understand what to expect before and after surgery and answer common questions.
