Obstetrics
The Misericordia Community Hospital provides services for expectant patients and babies before, during and after birth on an inpatient and outpatient basis. We support you and your baby with care based on your needs.
We are a Baby-Friendly designated hospital, and we provide only semiprivate and private rooms for labour and delivery and postpartum care.
Labour and delivery
We have options for labour induction, anesthesia and caesarean section surgery (elective, urgent or emergency).
Patient rooms are private.
Postpartum care
We care for mothers and babies after birth. We offer private and semi-private rooms for patients.
Obstetrical outpatient clinic
Our outpatient clinic serves expectant patients who are more than 20 weeks pregnant.

Referral
You will need a doctor’s referral to use some of our services. Contact your doctor for more information.
