Recreation therapy
The Recreation Therapy department provides a variety of activities to enhance our residents’ physical, cognitive, social, emotional and spiritual well-being. We promote choice and independence to encourage residents to stay involved in the community and pursue their interests. We also encourage family members to participate in residents’ activities.

Costs
Many of the recreational activities are provided at no cost to our residents; however, the cost of special events and outings are added to their monthly statements. These charges include:
- Access-a-Ride fees
- Admission fees to special events
- Meals/snacks away from the facility
- Personal shopping items
- Special meals ordered in
