Patient & Family Centred Care (PFCC) Week, Oct 17 - 21, 2016

October 07, 2016

The 2016 PFCC Week runs October 17-21. This year, the provincial theme is 'growing partnerships' that enhance patient experience. Celebrate Covenant Health PFCC initiatives and explore what it means to those we serve.

The goals of the week are to:

  • Share practices for building partnerships between care providers, patients and families
  • Showcase patient and provider stories and perspectives about partnership
  • Create awareness and build capacity to integrate PFCC principles (respect and dignity, information sharing, collaboration and partnership) in our daily work
