Employee exit interview

Thank you for taking part in Covenant Health’s exit interview. This is an opportunity for us to learn about our organization’s strengths and areas for potential improvement.

Feedback received during an exit interview, discussion or the survey, which identifies the individual employee, will be kept anonymous by combining responses from similar work areas and will only be revealed if required by applicable laws.

A printed copy of the exit interview survey can be obtained by emailing Careers@covenanthealth.ca.

In person exit interviews may be requested by emailing HR Client Partnership.
