Out of scope employees

Make sure you are familiar with your collective agreement or terms and conditions. See your offer letter to confirm your employee group.
Terms and conditions of employment
Paramedical professional — Bonnyville
If your employee group includes paramedical professionals and you will be working at Bonnyville Health Centre, you are covered under the Terms and Conditions for Paramedical Professional employees. You also must follow all Covenant Health policies and procedures. Contact your manager if you have questions.
Terms and conditions of employment
Casual employees
To maintain active casual employment with us, casual employees are expected to be available and work enough shifts to remain oriented to their unit and competent in their area of work.
Guidelines for casual employees
Vacation
Your vacation entitlement depends on your employee group (collective agreement or terms and conditions of employment) and job details (full-time, part-time, casual and length of employment, if applicable).
Full-time and part-time employees accrue paid vacation every pay period and can see accumulated vacation hours in e-People and on their paycheque.
Casual employees receive a paid-out percentage of their regular earnings instead of accrued vacation and can see the amount paid out on each paycheque.
