- This program benefits seniors who have the potential to decondition due to chronic conditions, require maintenance after completing GCR, need more socialization or whose caregiver requires respite.
- It offers a ‘bridge’ from home to supportive living with the aim of maintaining independence and delaying or preventing a move to a care facility.
- Clients attend for a five-hour day and can choose how many days a week they would like to come.
Adult Day Program
- Our Adult Day Program is the former Victorian Order of Nurses day program that was acquired by Covenant Health in 2015.
- This program benefits seniors living with more advanced cognitive challenges from dementia, with or without physical disabilities, in their own home. It provides a safe environment to socialize and participate in various activities and offers respite for caregivers.
