Conflicts of Interest Act Summary

The Conflicts of Interest Act (COIA) requires that organizations publicly post information about its compliance with COIA. Effective April 30, 2019, the COIA Summary will come into effect. Covenant Health is committed to proactively addressing day-to-day concerns relating to conflicts of interest identified by our staff, physicians, volunteers, and the public we serve in alignment with COIA.

Public Interest Disclosure Report

The Public Interest Disclosure Act (PIDA) requires that organizations report annually on all disclosures of alleged wrongdoing made (or referred) to their designated officer. Covenant Health is committed to proactively addressing day-to-day concerns identified by our staff, physicians, volunteers, and the public we serve through normal problem-solving processes.
