In line with the Public Sector Compensation Transparency Act, we report the compensation for any employee earning above the established threshold for the year.
Annual thresholds
Year | Threshold |

The information released is the total annual compensation earnings for the year in question. This includes base salary, overtime, shift premiums, weekend premiums, on-call pay, sick pay, vacation pay, benefits and severance. In some cases, the amount of compensation disclosed reflects the significant amount of additional hours and overtime that many health care workers have worked responding to the demands on the health system.
We regularly post the salaries and expenses of our executive team. This disclosure also includes Covenant Health’s former board members, regardless of the amount of compensation they received in the year. We also report total severance information as part of our annual audited financial statements.
