Recreation therapy

Our teams offer recreation and leisure activities and services to enhance the health and well-being of our residents and patients. We use a variety of techniques, including arts and crafts, animals, sports, games, dance and movement, drama, music and community outings.

We work with you to:

• address barriers, isolation and inactivity because of illness, disability, a chronic condition or aging
• reduce depression, stress and anxiety
• regain movement and reasoning
• build your confidence
