St. Joseph's Home for the Aged, Medicine Hat

St. Joseph's Home for the Aged was opened by the Carmelite Sisters of the Divine Heart of Jesus in 1951, and has been providing a safe, secure residence for seniors in the community ever since. St. Joseph's Home for the Aged became part of the Covenant Health family in April 2011. In assuming operation of the facility, Covenant Health has also been selected as a preferred operator for a proposed community-based hospice program that will provide 10 hospice spaces at the home.
