Ethics at Covenant Health
Our Commitment to Ethical Integrity
Our Commitment to Ethical Integrity is the Covenant Health code of conduct. It has been developed in tandem with a policy established by the Covenant Health Board of Directors to support a statement on organizational conduct that applies to the entire Covenant Health team—Board members, staff, physicians and volunteers.
Our code of conduct reinforces that, as members of the Covenant Health team, we are responsible for demonstrating integrity in all our behaviours, attitudes and decisions. In the document, you will find key statements under each of our six values, to help guide you as you consider questions about making decisions and setting standards of behaviour.

- An outline for ethical decision-making (p. 8-9)
- A list of several important definitions and moral principles
- Information on accessing ethics consultations
